01

Accessibility Recruitment

In case you missed it, we’re in the exclusive inclusive business. We are dedicated to the recruitment of individuals with verified accessibility needs or disabilities.

Your best choice

Why should you care about accessibility?

It’s The Right Thing To Do

Inclusivity and accessibility go hand in hand, you can’t have one without the other. In addition to an accessibility audit, the best way to ensure your designs are accessible is by testing it with native users of assistive tools and technologies. Building an inclusive culture that embraces accessibility starts with amplifying the voices of people with disabilities and accessibility needs.

In the UK, where 24% of the population lives with some form of disability, designing inclusively not only helps ensure that no one is left behind but it also provides your company access to a market with immense spending power. The combined spending power of households with at least one disabled person, known as the purple pound, is worth approximately £274 billion per year to the UK economy. The more customers that can access your product or service, the higher the possibility of sales. Not only that, retrofitting existing designs is hard and expensive.

The UK has a robust legal framework that mandates accessibility. Under the Equality Act 2010, businesses and public services must make reasonable adjustments to ensure accessibility for disabled individuals. In addition, the European Accessibility Act (EAA) will become law in all 27 EU member states on June 28, 2025. The EAA seeks to improve access to mainstream products and services that, through their initial design or subsequent adaptation, address the needs of persons with disabilities. Designing accessible products and services is substantially cheaper than the ramifications of ignoring its importance.

Our aim is to fulfil the requirements of your research proposal or screener with participants in our internal community. We’re not interested in delaying your project timelines in an attempt to find, recruit, and verify participants external to Yantu. It takes time, costs money and rarely results in the desired outcome.

Our commitment

What can you expect from us?

A risk-free approach to research. We’ve invested heavily in data security and protection, ensuring the safety of our participants private information and GDPR compliance.
End to end support. From our first introduction to project completion, we’ll be on hand should you have any queries or need help with assessing the viability of your research proposal. Partnering with Yantu is a two way street, so you can expect regular updates from us too.
Incentive management. We value our participants time as much as yours, so we’ll compensate them on your behalf.
In a nutshell we’ll do the heavy lifting, enabling you to focus on conducting and analysing the research. If you don’t have the time or capacity for analysing the research, don’t worry, we offer that too.

02

Full Service Research Projects

At Yantu we live and breathe research. We recognise that not every client has the dedicated resources needed to carry out research, nor do other participant recruitment platforms offer services outside of the recruitment itself. That’s why we’ve introduced a service centred around conducting and analysing research for you, whether it’s a greenfield project or testing prototyped or existing designs.

How does it work?

Similar to our Participant Recruitment offering, we’ll find the people best suited to your research proposal from within our internal community. Instead of you conducting and analysing the research, we’ll do that for you.

Given no two research projects are the same, we’ll sit down and understand where the need for research has come from, what the goals of your research are, and what you intend to do with the insights. That way we can tailor a bespoke approach to your needs.

03

Accessibility Edit

We’re the first participant recruitment platform committed to creating a more inclusive future. With that comes a degree of responsibility, so in between fulfilling the needs of our clients, we’re routinely conducting research with our community to generate The Accessibility Edit.

The Accessibility Edit is a digital issue, reporting on the latest trends in inclusive design and accessibility. Each issue is different from the last, whether it be zooming in on a specific industry or providing valuable insights into those living with an accessibility need or disability.
