We take the integrity of our platform seriously and enforce a zero-tolerance policy against false representation or impersonation. Providing inaccurate or misleading information during registration not only violates the terms of our platform but also undermines the critical purpose of advancing accessibility-focused research.

Misrepresentation in this context may constitute fraud, which is subject to civil and criminal penalties under applicable laws. Additionally, such behaviour compromises the ethical standards that guide research practices and may result in permanent removal from our platform and notification to relevant authorities. By registering, you certify that the information you provide is truthful and that you meet the criteria to participate as outlined. Yantu reserves the right to verify information submitted during registration and take appropriate actions in response to violations. • I consent to participate in research conducted by Yantu LTD. I understand that by consenting to this research I will be required to provide personal data to Yantu LTD.
• I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time and have been provided with a copy of the Privacy Notice.
• I understand that all information provided will be treated confidentially.
• I also consent to Yantu LTD sharing my personal data with research companies, to enable me to obtain paid/incentive research opportunities with companies in whose projects, I have expressed an interest, or who have expressed an interest in working with me.
• I understand that my consent will be retained until such time that it is withdrawn by me.
• I understand that my data will be retained for a period of 6 years plus one year from the date of last contact with Yantu LTD and in accordance with its retention schedule as referred to in its Privacy Notice.
• I also understand that the companies with whom I have consented to work or who have expressed an interest to work with me, to which I have consented, will be Controllers of my personal data and will have their own Privacy Notice as to how they process my personal data.
